Sara Serdoura is a Nutritionist (Local Health Unit Tâmega and Sousa) and PhD student (University of Vigo | P.PORTO). Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto with a dissertation on nutrition in critically ill patients (2022). TThe main research interests focus on food waste and nutritional composition of texture-modified diets served in context hospitals, as well as the elements underlying malnutrition in this context.
