On November 30, 2023, the public defense of the Master’s student in Health Biochemistry, Cristiana Vilela, took place. The presented work, titled “From the gut to the brain: is the microbiome a new paradigm for Parkinson’s Disease treatment?” was supervised by Fábio Teixeira (i3S|TBIO) and Mónica Vieira (TBIO).
