
Margarida Agostinho
Margarida Agostinho completed her degree in Clinical Physiology at Coimbra Health School in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Translational Health, with a specialization in Vision Sciences, Applied Neurosciences, and Neuromodulation. Additionally, she is a member as a research fellow of the Center for Translational Health and Medical Biotechnology Research (TBIO)/Health Research Network (RISE-HEALTH). Throughout her academic path, she had the opportunity to engage deeply with the field of Neuroscience. The anatomical and functional study of the central and peripheral nervous systems inspired her to dedicate her professional career to both scientific research and clinical practice within this domain. Her main areas of interest and research include multimodal electroencephalography, sleep medicine, and exploring innovative approaches for assessing and modulating neurophysiological and neurocognitive functions.
